2. Combatting the "Salt Air" Factor
Living near the coast is a dream, but salt air is a nightmare for metal. To combat this, our garden swings and egg chair stands are powder-coated. This electrostatic process creates a much tougher barrier than conventional paint.
- Maintenance Tip: Even with powder coating, we recommend a quick rinse with fresh water every month if you live within 5km of the ocean to remove salt crystallisation.
