1. What products do you offer?

Eglorys provides a selection of lounge and outdoor furniture designed for everyday use, including hanging chairs, lounge furniture and outdoor seating suitable for terraces, gardens and relaxation spaces.

2. Where do you ship from?

Orders are dispatched from our Australian Distribution Centre to our Australian customers.

3. What are your delivery times?

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Order processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Shipping time: 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Total estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday)

Order cut-off time: 11:00 AM (AEST/AEDT).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier operations or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Do you ship outside of Australia?

No. We currently ship exclusively to addresses within Australia. International shipping is not available.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress online.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

7. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@eglorys.com. Requests can only be considered if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Please note: Even if your order has already shipped, we offer a 30-day return policy for change of mind, as detailed in our Return and Refund Policy. This is offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

8. What should I do if my item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact our customer support team immediately and provide clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund (including all return shipping costs) in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

9. Are hanging chairs compatible with all stands or ceilings?

Our hanging chairs are designed to be compatible with most standard hanging solutions. Installation requirements may vary depending on your space and setup.

Please review the product description carefully and consult a professional if you are unsure about compatibility or installation.

10. Do you have a physical store?

We operate as an online-only store and do not offer in-person collection or showroom visits. Our registered office in Paris is for correspondence only.

11. Customs, Duties and Taxes

For all orders delivered within Australia, all applicable taxes, duties, and import charges are included in the final price shown at checkout. Customers will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.
