To be eligible for a return:
The item must be returned in its original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions).
The product must be unused and in new condition to allow resale.
Proof of purchase must be included with the return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you receive a damaged item or a product with a defect, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary between 7 to 14 days depending on your financial institution.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
