Return and Refund Policy

We offer a straightforward return and refund process for eligible orders. This policy includes our 30-day change-of-mind return policy and is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

1. Change of Mind Policy

Returns for change of mind are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

  • The items are returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in new and original, resaleable condition, with all tags and original packaging included.
  • While you have the right to inspect the goods, products that show signs of excessive use or damage caused by the customer may result in a deduction from the refund amount.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.

Note: For hygiene or safety reasons, certain items (if sealed) cannot be returned once the seal is broken, unless they are faulty or breach a consumer guarantee.

3. Faulty or Damaged Goods (Consumer Guarantees)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. In these cases, we will cover all return shipping costs.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for 'change of mind' returns. We will pay for return shipping if the product is faulty, damaged, or breaches a consumer guarantee. Please note that all returns are processed through our local Australian distribution centre; you will not be required to ship items internationally to our registered office in France

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that for change of mind returns, any enhanced shipping costs (e.g., express delivery) are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To obtain a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order on our website.
